At Crosswinds, we’re all about building a community where people can thrive, grow, and make a difference together. We cheer each other on, offer helpful advice, and celebrate the amazing redemption we find in Jesus. With fresh, creative ways to share the gospel, we connect with people of all ages and backgrounds while helping each other grow as disciples. Together, we embrace honesty, celebrate our unique gifts, and roll up our sleeves to serve with love. It’s all about building a church family that’s healthy, united, and ready to live out God’s love in every part of life

Being specific and generous in our praise and celebrating as a community and individually when people do well.
Productive Feedback
Celebrating victories and identifying areas for constant improvement of our lives and His mission.
Redemption
Creating a grace-filled environment where the broken become whole again, and the old becomes new through an atmosphere of forgiveness and hope through Jesus Christ.
Training
We seek to create a leadership pipeline to build up people from the youngest to the oldest to make disciples who then train others to be disciples to build up others who do the same.
