A Healthy Community – We seek to be people who are honest about our strengths and weakness. We seek to excel in the gifts graced to each of us. We celebrate the diversity of gifts that compliment us and lead to a healthy growing church family.
In Kingdom culture, we need to be a multiplying culture. Jesus wants us to go and duplicate and be a disciple, building up people and be transformed by His word to be shared by other people.
Crosswinds Culture Statement is Creative Communication – Finding innovative ways to communicate the gospel in relevant ways to each generation, gender, personality style, and people group.
Being redemptive is how the culture of the church should feel. Redemption – Creating a grace-filled environment where the broken become whole again and the old become new through an atmosphere of forgiveness and hope through Jesus Christ.
Feedback is crucial for productivity in life. However, the way things are presented is equally important. Problems need to be recognized to fix an issue. Reading God's word is one of the best places for us to get feedback. Hungry people need to turn to Jesus and His word to lead us in the right direction.
Let us all stay together and remind one another of God's perfect love for us no matter what and find courage in that. Be encouraged in the truth of God's love for you and be the church- encouraging as you share His message.
Crosswinds is a church where you will be loved and respected. What is needed for any family fundamentally is unity. Being a part of a church family is no different. Pastor Ken's message explores different ways people identify today and how no matter how you identify you will always be welcome in our church and God's heart.
Listen to Pastor Ken's message as he shares God’s Kingdom culture that will help us grow together in 2022. Part of that culture is to be devoted to hearing the word of God. So, take a listen! Then practice another part of the culture by connecting with someone else in the church for prayer or a meal.
Based on James 5:7–12, this message teaches that believers are called to patiently endure trials and injustice by trusting God's timing rather than demanding immediate justice.
This message explores James 4:1–12 and teaches that the conflicts we experience with others often originate from sinful desires, pride, and divided loyalties within our own hearts. James calls believers to stop blaming external circumstances, humble themselves before God, submit to Him, resist the devil, and receive God's abundant grace.
