This is the first message in our Christmas series titled: The true Light of Christmas where we explore the message of John in Chapter 1. In this message, The Light of Creation, we explore John 1:1-4, where Jesus is revealed as the Logos—the eternal Word of God who created and sustains the universe.

This is the second message in our Christmas series called: The true Light of Christmas where we look at Chapter 1 in the book of John.

In today’s message Deceptive Light and Defeating Darkness we learn from Jesus that as we grow in our faith we need to be careful not to be deceived by false Light and we need to tell people how we were set free from darkness.

Shine your light onto others. When you believe in Christ and you follow His ways you have a strong inner light that radiates to the outside.

We need the Lord to help us to turn away from the darkness of our sin and selfishness. We need to turn to the Lord to find mercy, forgiveness, and grace. Let us turn to our Lord God and see His light and love. Let us be motivated to share that light to others.

Has your love for Jesus grown cold? This is a dangerous place for a church to be in. Without love you really don’t have a lasting church according to Jesus. In today’s message from Revelation 2, Jesus tells us what needs to happen to restore love: Remember His love, Repent the things you abandoned Him for, and Return to the works you did when you first fell in love with Him.

This message emphasizes that trials are an inevitable part of the Christian life, but through Christ, we can triumph over them. By placing our confidence in Christ rather than ourselves, we find peace, endurance, and purpose in our suffering.

This message emphasizes that true greatness in God's kingdom is achieved through disciple-making. Using 2 Timothy 2:1-10, the message highlights Paul's mentorship of Timothy as an example of how believers should invest in others to multiply disciples. The pathway to greatness is not about personal achievement but about surrendering to Christ, enduring hardships, and faithfully passing on the Gospel to future generations.

The world defines greatness through power, status, and personal achievement, but Jesus flips this concept by demonstrating that true greatness is found in servanthood and humility.

Through the Last Supper, Jesus instituted the Lord’s Supper as a reminder of His sacrifice, reinforcing that God’s love and salvation are available to all.
