As we have been studying Ephesians, we’ve seen that the gospel creates a new society. In today message, Pastor John shares how that new society brings reformation into the most intimate parts of the old society and provides the foundation of a healthy marriage.

After addressing husbands and wives, Paul’s next topic is parenting that is influenced by the gospel (notice the order: marriage and then children). In this message, Pastor John talks to “Pastor Dad,” giving Biblical advice on how to establish boundaries and guidelines so your sons and daughters can receive God’s blessings.

Ephesians is all about God’s eternal plan to build a new society. The letter closes with a warning to be on the lookout for the enemy who wants to trip up God’s children, and some encouraging words on how to stand firm.

As we finish up our time in our current building and prepare to begin a new phase in our history as Crosswinds, Pastor John focuses today’s message on reasons to be hopeful no matter where we are located as a congregation.
