Our mission is based on two statements by Jesus. This is part 7 and the final part of our series Forward in Faith and Faithfulness. The mission of Crosswinds Church is : Helping every Family, discover God, His love and His ways. Our mission is based on two statements by Jesus. One what Jesus said was the great commandment of God (Mark 12:29-31) and Jesus great commission (Matthew 28:18-20) which gives the church its purpose in every generation . In this part of the series we look at the words "His Ways" in our mission statement. God gives us a gentle rebuke and ask us to return to Him to receive abundant pardon because His ways and thoughts are higher in today's message

The Parable of the Prodigal Son reminds us of God's relentless pursuit of our hearts. It teaches us about the extravagant love, grace, and mercy that our Heavenly Father lavishes upon us. The rejoicing that is in this chapter can be lived day by day. We are called to rejoice with Him when lost souls are found.
