1. All potential team members must agree and live by our Leadership Expectations, including agreeing with our doctrine and culture.
2. For Team Membership you must be over the age of 17 and have parental consent. (Young students and children can participate as guests for some of our worship events at the Worship Leader's discretion and with parental consent.)
3. All potential team members must have the ability to contribute vocally or musically to the current team and work in aliment with the current team’s vision and style.
The Audition process
1. The applicant must first read and discuss the Leadership Expectation Form with the Worship leader and sign it.
2. The applicant then must submit a 60-second video audition displaying their musical or vocal abilities.
3. If the applicant's musical or vocal skill fits the team's current needs. The worship leader will then schedule a live audition to access their skills further.
4. After the live audition if the Worship Leader determines the applicants’ skills will collaborate well with the Worship Team, then the applicant will be scheduled to participate in future practices with the other team members until the Worship Leader feels they are well prepared to serve in with our Worship Team on Sunday mornings.
