It’s easy to get caught up in the pursuit of “being a Christian” as American churchgoers define it: someone who believes in God, loves his or her family, and attends church regularly. Rather than ask, “Am I a good Christian?” we should start asking the question: "Am I a good Christ?" Jesus' incarnation was in many ways a mission trip, a cross-cultural move starker than any missionary has ever experienced. In John's gospel alone, Jesus says more than 40 times that He was a missionary from heaven who came to minister in our earthly culture. And, likewise, Jesus' commands us to be missionaries in culture. His command could not be clearer, nor more worthy to be obeyed.

What does it mean to be made for more? It does not mean you were made for more stuff, not more power, not more money not more possessions. You were not born primarily for these things. Pastor John Stillman takes a deeper look into Psalm 122 to answer the question what were we made for.
